The property was perfect with extremely polite and pretty friendly staff that are always attentive and available to satisfy your every request, I liked the stay. The location was beautiful - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. Went to Jungle Fish Pool Bar for drink or two, set not too far away from the hotel. The restaurant was good, I tried savoury dishes.

We also loved the fact that we could order breakfast and have it delivered to our private balcony. the staff was really friendly and helpful with giving us tips on nearby activities and places to eat.

Although the hotel was in a great location, it was a bit difficult to get in and out of town. the shuttle service only ran at specific times, and there was a large gap between the afternoon and late evening shuttle.

And to top it all off, when we accidentally left a battery charger in a car, Wayan went above and beyond to locate it and bring it to us at our next location. This exceptional act of kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. we highly recommend this wonderful hotel for its blend of old-meets-new Bali charm, great value-for-money, and outstanding hospitality.
